I can only answer from my perspective - I'm just cautious and check stuff like that thoroughly. WeberHaus has a good reputation, but I'd recommend getting quotes from several different builders and really comparing the prices carefully, not just the base costs but also what comes later. Also talk to people who've already built, and look at reviews - they're often more honest than the marketing. In the end you gotta see for yourself whether the value for money works for you.

I can't really judge that from my perspective, because I work in design professionally and not in house building. But generally I'd recommend comparing several quotes and talking to people who've already built a prefab house - they can tell you from real experience whether it was worth the money. With something this important, it's worth taking the time and doing proper research instead of just going with the first provider you find.
