I have the same problems at my house with blackbirds and honestly what works best is putting nets over the trees or using scarecrows that you make yourself (I put one together with old clothes a while back and it worked great). You can also try hanging old CDs that shine and scare them, or even leaving a radio on because the noise scares them off quite a bit without hurting them.

What really works is covering the trees with netting before the fruit ripens, because once the birds find where to eat it's almost impossible to get them to leave. In my case I had to protect my pear trees because the blackbirds were destroying my harvest every year, and honestly bird netting was the only thing that actually worked (scarecrows last a couple weeks max before they get bored). If you don't want to invest in netting, you can try hanging CDs from the branches or reflective tape, though I'm warning you it's less effective, but at least it's free.
