This is really fact-specific and depends on your state/country laws, but generally you'd need to prove something like your dad lacked mental capacity when he made the will, someone unduly influenced him, or the will wasnt properly executed. just being left out unfortunately usually isnt enough on its own, even if you were on good terms - parents have the legal right to leave their stuff however they want. id honestly talk to a probate lawyer in your area because theyre the ones who can look at the actual details of your dads will and situation and tell you if you have a real case.
