Can I sue my former employer for not paying out unused vacation days?
I left my job at a marketing firm in July 2025 after 3 years, and I had about 12 days of unused PTO. My employer said they don't pay out vacation time when employees leave, but I'm pretty sure that's illegal in my state. Do I have a case to recover that money?
