Can my employer force me to work from home?
My boss wants everyone starting next year to come to the office at least 3 days a week. But I have a contract that specifies remote work. Can he just change that, or do I have to agree to it?

Your contract is binding - your boss can't just change where you work without your consent. That's a substantial change to your working conditions. If remote work is specified in your contract, you can rely on that and don't automatically have to go into the office.
Here's what you should do now: Send your boss or HR an email and explicitly reference your contract. Keep it polite but firm. If your employer wants to change the arrangement, they'd need to present you with a written amendment agreement that you'd sign - or it would have to be negotiated. You could absolutely make a counter-offer too, like 1 - 2 days in the office per week, if that works for you.
If they dig in their heels and just insist you have to come in: that's then a termination with a change clause or forced modification of your conditions. In that case, it'd be smart to clarify your legal standing with an employment lawyer or union. But in most cases, a clear reference to your contract is enough for your boss to understand that it doesn't work that way.
