Does ginger and cinnamon tea actually lower blood pressure or is it just placebo?
My dad has had high blood pressure for years and instead of taking the pills his doctor prescribed, he prefers to drink this tea that my grandmother recommended to him. He says he feels better, but I don't know if it's actually working or if it's just a placebo effect. Does anyone know if it actually works or should I try to convince him to stick with the medication?
