Do you work remotely since then or have you gone back to the office? The pandemic really accelerated working from home and video meetings, but I think most people realized that not everything needs to be done at the office - some prefer hybrid now.
A lot of people kept their work-from-home setup even after going back to the office, like having an extra monitor or a better chair because they realized productivity isn't just about being in an office. What really changed was the flexibility - now companies that are still rigid about five days a week in person are falling behind when it comes to recruiting, because pretty much everyone wants to negotiate at least a few days working from home.
