How do I deal with burnout from working remotely?

I've been working from home for over a year now, and these past few months it's gotten harder to concentrate. I feel constantly tired, even after weekends. My desk is in my bedroom, so the line between work and personal life has kind of blurred together. What can I do to get my energy back and stop thinking about work 24/7?

The key thing is to physically separate your work and personal space - even just a screen or cabinet works, so you don't see your laptop desk when you're trying to relax. Have you tried closing work apps at a set time instead of doing "just one more email"? It really helps your brain understand that the workday is over. Plus walks or any physical activity during breaks - get out of your bedroom for at least 15 minutes every hour, do some simple exercises at home, it breaks the cycle of sitting around exhausted.
