Only your latest score counts - that's one of the main rules for retakes. If you take the Unified State Exam again in a different year, universities only see your new grade when you apply. Your old score just stops counting. So your result from 11th grade doesn't exist for the admissions committee, even if it was higher.
This works both ways: if your new score turns out worse, you're out of luck. But if it's better - that helps. That's why you should realistically assess your chances before retaking, because there's no guarantee you'll improve. Whatever score you get is what you get.
The only exception is if you're retaking it outside of the application process, just to boost your result. The latest score rule still applies, but then it's your call what to do with the grade.
