It really depends on usage, but honestly I usually put at least 3-4 outlets in each room. In the kitchen and living room I go way higher, like 6-8, because you've got the fridge, microwave, TV, phone charger and all that stuff. In the bedroom 4-5 outlets are enough if you don't have too much going on, and in the bathroom 2-3 is the minimum for the electric shower, hair dryer and other stuff.
It really depends on what you're gonna use in each space. In the bedroom I usually go with like 3-4 outlets (TV, charger, lamp), but in the kitchen and living room I think it's better to go all out, like 6-8 really, because fridge, microwave, TV, fan, phone charger... everything wants an outlet. Bathroom also needs at least 2-3 for the electric shower, hair dryer, electric toothbrush. And honestly, these days you can never have too many outlets, so just go for it and put in more than you think you'll need, because you'll end up using them anyway.
