Is it worth renting that party hall or better to have it at home?

My son is turning 10 and I'm looking at some options here in São Paulo. The venue charges around 800 reais for 3 hours, already including tables and chairs, but you have to bring the cake and soda. At home it was cheaper for my older son's party but it was pretty exhausting to organize everything. Which one is less stressful in the end?

Don't fall into the trap of thinking it's always cheaper to do it at home just because you're not paying rent - in the end you end up spending quite a bit on decorations, food, cleaning before and after, and you're exhausted throughout the whole party. An 800-real venue ends up being way more relaxed if you have the money, because you actually get to enjoy the party with your son instead of running around chasing cups, napkins, and sodas the whole time.
