It's not always a lack of light - sometimes the plant is just too comfortable and doesn't feel the "urgency" to bloom. Try giving it a period of cold and relative dryness for a couple of weeks (like simulating winter) and then go back to normal care; many orchids need that shock to trigger flowering. Another trick that works is changing its location every so often, even if it's just somewhere else in the house, because the change in conditions sometimes activates the reproductive cycle.
The most likely issue is that it's not getting enough light or you're watering it too much; orchids need bright indirect light and the soil should dry out between waterings. Also check that it doesn't have pests and that the environment is cool in winter, because many need that temperature change to bloom.
