Yo, so I do it pretty much the same way with my design projects as with influencer deals - the basics are always the same. So like, if you've got a total budget of 10,000 euros and you wanna spend 30% on content production, that's 3,000 euros, and the rest goes to influencer fees and stuff like that.
The easiest way is you take your starting amount, multiply it by the percentage and divide the whole thing by 100 - done. My tip: always set aside a little buffer in your budget, it's like mushroom hunting, when you find a good spot you wanna be able to go back there next year too.
Don't just grab whatever standard percentages you've read somewhere - every deal is different and depends on what the influencer actually delivers. The basic calculation works like with other projects (total budget times percentage), but the thing is, you've got to figure out beforehand whether 30% for content production is realistic for the reach and quality you're after. Some charge more, some less, and you should do the math to see if the value for money checks out - don't just blindly rely on standard percentage ranges.
