How long has this been going on? If it's just been a night or two, I honestly wouldn't worry too much about it - that happens to everyone. But if you notice a pattern forming, it's worth making some changes.
The routine is probably the most important thing. Try going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Your body likes consistency. Also, you should avoid screens for an hour or two before bed - that blue light really messes with your sleep-wake cycle. If you're still feeling restless in the evening, sometimes a short walk helps, or just a few minutes of quiet time.
What's often underestimated is your sleep environment itself. The room should be dark, cool, and quiet. If that's not possible, try a sleep mask or earplugs. And most importantly: no caffeine after lunch. I know that sounds obvious, but a lot of people underestimate how long it stays in your system. If none of that helps and it keeps going on, it might be worth taking a closer look at what's bothering or stressing you.
