That's weird because ultrapasteurization is literally designed so it lasts longer. Two days is way too short even for regular unsterlized milk, so something's off. The first thing I'd check is the cold chain: if Rappi brings it without a thermal bag or takes forever with delivery, the drink can arrive already partially spoiled. Also check the expiration date when it arrives, because sometimes those things come expired or close to expiration and then they go bad in just a couple days anyway.
Another thing you should look at is how you're storing it at home. If your fridge isn't cold enough (it should be between 0°C and 4°C), the drink will spoil fast. Try putting a thermometer inside to be sure. Also, once you open the bottle, make sure you close it tight; if you leave the cap loose, air gets in and bacteria do too, and that ruins it by the next day.
If after checking all this it keeps happening, then yeah try switching brands or even stores. Maybe the Alpina distributor in your area is having logistics or storage problems. But before blaming the product, I'd first rule out that it's a storage issue at your place or during delivery.
