The most important thing is that the platform is reliable and doesn't crash in the middle of the ceremony, so I'd go with YouTube or Facebook because they have powerful servers and people already know how to use them. Zoom also works well if you want something more intimate and controlled, though it has duration limits on the free version. If you want something a bit more professional, there are specialized event streaming services that handle everything for you, but they cost more. What I do recommend is doing a technical test the day before to see how the image and audio look, because nothing is more awkward than when it cuts out right at the vows.
