I'm thinking about learning a JavaScript framework to build an e-commerce site. I know a bit of JavaScript but I can't decide between React and Vue. Which one should I go with to get started?
React is more widespread in the market and has more resources/community, so if you want to learn something that's highly in demand it's worth starting there, even if at first it'll seem a bit more verbose to you. Vue is simpler to learn and more intuitive if you're just starting out, the learning curve is less steep and the code is more readable, but if later on you want to find a job or work on more complex projects maybe React is the more strategic choice.
