Argentina has mountains with snow outside of Bariloche, but to be honest, the options are pretty limited and most of them require traveling anyway. Your best bet would be to look for smaller resorts in the Andes or save up, because honestly snowboarding needs real snow and access to decent slopes, and that in South America without going to Chile or Bariloche gets tough!

If you really want to learn this winter without leaving Argentina, ski centers outside Bariloche are going to be pretty limited and probably more expensive because of logistics than what you'd spend on transport to a bigger place. Snow in the region is unstable outside the highest peaks - some years there's practically nothing skiable in winter, so before you spend money on lessons, check the actual season conditions. Your most realistic option is to save up a bit more and go to Bariloche or wait until July-August when snow is more reliable, or look into whether there are simulators or dry slopes at urban centers while you're building up your budget.
