Which Caribbean cities are most vulnerable to hurricanes?
I'm thinking about traveling to the Caribbean region but I'm worried about hurricane season. I'd like to know which cities have more risk and which are safer geographically speaking.

When exactly are you planning to travel? Because hurricane season in the Caribbean is heaviest from August to October, so if you can avoid those months your trip is going to be way more relaxed. The cities most exposed are the ones in the north - Santo Domingo, San Juan in Puerto Rico, and the Windward Islands like Dominica and Grenada get hit pretty hard. If you want to minimize risk, the southern coasts of islands like Curaçao, Aruba, and Bonaire historically get less of an impact, and places like Belize or the Caribbean coast of Colombia also have fewer direct hurricane hits. Either way, travel with insurance that covers natural disasters and keep an eye on the weather reports.
If you've already got your dates locked in, what matters most is picking where to stay carefully. Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands do tend to get hit with quite a bit of storm activity, but cities like San Juan or Nassau have solid infrastructure in place and really good warning systems. If you're looking for something geographically safer, islands further south like Aruba or Curaçao are outside the main hurricane belt, so the risk drops pretty significantly, even if they're a bit farther from other typical destinations.
The islands most exposed to direct hurricane strikes are those in the northern Caribbean - Puerto Rico, Hispaniola, and Jamaica get hit pretty regularly, while the Bahamas are basically right in the line of fire during peak season. If your trip is already set for those critical months, you might want to consider destinations farther south like Curaçao or Aruba, which sit outside the hurricane belt because of their proximity to the Venezuelan coast - you lose out a bit on classic Caribbean beaches, but the peace of mind is worth a lot.
