The toe box creasing on AF1s is pretty normal - that leather just isn't treated to resist it the way premium sneakers are, and white leather shows it more obviously. Three months is actually faster than ideal, so shoe trees would help a lot, especially cedar ones that pull moisture out and help the leather hold its shape better. The real thing is how you're storing them; keep them in a cool, dry spot and stuff the toe box with paper or a shoe tree when you're not wearing them. If you're lacing them super tight or jamming your foot in roughly, that'll speed up the creasing too, so easing off on that might extend how long they look fresh.
