The previous answer is focused on Portugal, but you didn't specify which country you're from - if you're from Brazil, yes, women can voluntarily enlist in the Armed Forces since 1992, it's completely open. If you're actually from Portugal then I confirm what they said, but it's good to be clear about where you are.
It's not quite like that, because in Portugal mandatory military service was abolished in 2004, but you have the option to enlist as a volunteer in the Armed Forces, which is completely different. Women can definitely join, in the Army, Navy, and Air Force alike. The application is open to anyone who meets the basic requirements - being a Portuguese citizen (or with legal residency), being between 18 and 35 years old, having minimum education level, those normal things.
The process is pretty straightforward: you go to the Armed Forces website, look for the recruitment or volunteering section, fill out the form and apply. Then there's medical evaluation, physical fitness tests (pretty demanding, btw 💪), written selection exams and interviews. If you pass everything, you enter the training period.
