The smaller museums like the Picasso Museum early in the morning (around 9-10 a.m.) or the Museu Nacional de Catalunya are way more relaxed than the Sagrada Familia - you've got realistic chances of getting in without a booking there. Alternatively, you could also head to quieter neighborhoods like Gràcia, where there are smaller galleries and art spaces where barely anyone's queuing.
