Best cheap boxing gloves for beginners in 2026?

I'm just getting into boxing at a local gym and don't want to drop a ton of money yet. Most of the gloves I'm seeing online are either really expensive brands or suspiciously cheap knockoffs. What should I actually be looking for in a beginner pair that won't fall apart after a few months?
