Hand-pulling works best if you do it right after rain when the soil is soft - the whole root comes out way easier and they don't just snap off at the base. A dandelion digger tool (looks like a thin forked spade) gets under the taproot without having to yank forever. For faster coverage, pouring boiling water directly on the weeds kills them dead, though you gotta be careful around plants you want to keep. Some folks swear by vinegar spray on a sunny day, but honestly it's slower than the boiling water method and takes multiple applications.
