Crunchyroll's got most of the catalog you'd want in one place - they've absorbed a bunch of other services over the years, so their library is massive and you can find like 80% of what's airing without bouncing around. if you need stuff they don't have, netflix and amazon prime both carry anime originals and some back catalog, but honestly crunchyroll alone will cover most people's watching. you could rotate subscriptions month-to-month if you're picky about specific shows, which beats paying for everything at once.
