Don't count on some oil automatically boosting your immune system in autumn. That's just not how our body works. Black seed oil has shown some anti-inflammatory effects in studies, but "strengthening the immune system" is one of those buzzwords that's everywhere and isn't really scientifically grounded. If you want to take it, it won't hurt - it's pretty much neutral - but it's not a miracle cure.
What actually helps in autumn: getting enough sleep, regular exercise (even if it's just walks), enough vitamin D since there's less sun, and just paying attention to eating a balanced diet. It's unglamorous, but it works. If you still want to try black seed oil, look for good quality and proper dosage - a lot of cheap products are just watered down or barely have any active ingredients in them.
Otherwise: if you're constantly getting colds in autumn and winter, I'd rather talk to a doctor about it. Sometimes it's just normal seasonality, some people are just more prone to it then. Alcohol, stress, and not drinking enough water - that definitely does more harm than black seed oil helps.
