Can I inherit my parent's social media accounts and digital photos?

My mom passed away last month and had a bunch of photos and memories stored in her Google account and Facebook. I'm the executor of her estate but I don't have her passwords. The accounts are basically dormant now but I'd like to preserve her photos and maybe close things down properly. Does digital stuff count as part of the inheritance I can access?
