The blue light suppresses melatonin production, which can shorten REM sleep - that's when most vivid dreaming happens - so you might end up with fewer or blander dreams overall, even if the content itself isn't directly shaped by what you scrolled through.
Don't expect your dreams to be literally filled with TikTok videos or whatever you were just watching. That said, scrolling before bed does mess with your sleep quality - the blue light keeps your brain wired, and doom-scrolling gets your mind spinning instead of winding down. When you sleep worse, your dreams get weird and fragmented anyway, so indirectly yeah, late-night scrolling probably does change what you remember dreaming about. Better move to actual sleep hygiene if you want better dreams.
