Can you exchange or return concert tickets?
I bought tickets for a concert, but now the date doesn't work for me anymore. Can I return them somewhere or exchange them? Or am I just out the money?

The most important thing is not to just wait around and hope things change - you need to act fast.
Check the ticket terms and conditions (usually on the website where you bought them), because that's where it says whether returns or exchanges are possible. Unfortunately, with most venues it's the case that concert tickets can't be returned, but some do allow exchanges for other dates with the same band or a different event.
Your best move: ask directly with the ticket seller (Ticketmaster, eventim or whoever) or the venue itself - worst case scenario you can resell the tickets through resale platforms, you'll lose a few bucks that way but not everything.
Most organizers and ticket platforms don't allow returns at all - that's unfortunately the standard. Your best bet is to resell the tickets, either on resale platforms (some ticket sites have their own marketplace for that) or privately through social media. The closer the concert gets, though, the harder it'll be to find someone. Only in really rare cases (artist cancellation, extreme circumstances) do you get goodwill solutions - you'd have to contact the organizer directly about that.
