Lightroom Mobile unfortunately doesn't have a removal tool like the desktop version, so you'd actually have to go to your PC or export the file and then edit it in Lightroom Classic. Alternatively, you could also use another app like Snapseed or the Adobe Express app on your iPad - they have those retouching tools and work pretty well for that kind of thing 📱 The easiest solution would probably be to just sync the file and then edit it on your computer if you're more comfortable working with Lightroom there anyway.

Unfortunately, you can't use the removal tools on iPad that you're familiar with from the desktop version. I had the same problem - great photo, but a person in the background that didn't belong there. The mobile app is just too limited for that. Easiest way: transfer the photo to your PC and work on it in Lightroom Classic or Photoshop with the Healing Brush or Content-Aware Fill - that works way better. If you haven't lost the file yet, you can also sync it directly from your iPad to the cloud and then open it on your PC - that way you don't need to export it separately.
