Do perfumes last longer when applied in the morning or in the evening?

Perfume tends to last longer in the evening because your skin is warmer and more humid - that helps the composition develop and linger :) In the morning after a shower, your skin is cleaner but often drier, so everything evaporates faster. Though a lot depends on the fragrance concentration and how hot it is that day - in summer any perfume doesn't last as long.
