The stuttering with lots of pals on screen sounds like the game is either maxing out your VRAM or your CPU is getting hammered processing physics. One thing almost nobody tries is turning everything to minimum temporarily (including object render distance) and seeing if the problem goes away. If it improves, you know it's a settings issue and not a patch bug. If it stays the same, then it's something weirder.
Another thing that usually works: close everything you've got running in the background - Chrome with 50 tabs, Discord, Spotify, that kind of stuff - they eat up RAM without you noticing. With Palworld especially it's important to have free memory because the game keeps dumping a ton of data while you're playing. Also check in Task Manager what percentage of GPU and RAM the game is actually using right when you get the stutters, so you've got actual numbers instead of just guessing.
If none of that works and most people with similar hardware aren't reporting problems, then yeah, the patch might've introduced something weird specifically on your setup. In that case you just gotta wait for them to drop a hotfix or rollback, because sometimes a patch breaks stuff only for certain drivers or configs.
