Cupping doesn't really have solid scientific evidence behind it, even though a lot of people swear they feel a difference. Honestly, you'd probably get just as much benefit from working on your mobility, doing regular stretches, or even getting a massage from someone qualified - all of that's better documented. If you've got chronic soreness in your shoulders, it might be worth seeing a physio or an osteopath to check there's nothing structurally wrong rather than dropping 60 euros per session on something that mostly works through placebo effect.
