The buzzing at high bass is almost certainly your factory amp clipping rather than the speakers themselves - Alpines are decent units and wouldn't fail that quickly. When an amp can't deliver clean power at high volume, it distorts the signal, and that's exactly what buzzing sounds like coming through the door panels. Before blaming anything, grab a multimeter and check your power and ground connections to the amp; loose grounds especially cause this kind of distortion. If those check out, your factory amp probably just doesn't have enough headroom for the bass boost you're asking for, and you'd need an aftermarket amp or to dial back the bass EQ to fix it properly.
