What would happen if you put your alarm across the room instead of next to your bed? That one change forces you out of the cozy nest where snooze temptation lives strongest. Once you're up and moving, your body's already committed - the mental battle's half over. Pair it with something genuinely appealing right after (good coffee, a quick walk, a show you actually want to watch) so your brain has a reason to stay up instead of plotting a return to bed.

Yeah, I've tried that before - works great until I just walk back and snooze anyway. The reward part is key though, I need something actually worth getting up for.
