The first thing you need to do is control the humidity, because without that no product is going to actually solve the problem. A bathroom without a window is tricky, but after each shower open the door and let air circulate, or use a dehumidifier if you've got the budget. If not, at least light a candle or some incense for a while after you shower - they absorb quite a bit of moisture.

To clean what's already there, mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. It works really well and won't damage the paint if the surface isn't too delicate. Spray it on, let it sit for 15-20 minutes and scrub gently with a soft-bristled brush. If the mold is really stubborn, make a paste with baking soda and a little water, scrub it directly and then clean with the vinegar. I've tried this a bunch of times and it gets rid of the mold without damaging the paint.

After cleaning thoroughly, let it dry completely before closing the door. Once a week use the vinegar as prevention, so it doesn't come back. Also check if there are any leaks or insulation problems in those corners - sometimes mold shows up right where there's cold air drafts or moisture trapped in the walls.
