Add a few drops of water or acrylic medium directly into the tube, seal it tightly, and let it sit for a day or two - the paint will rehydrate and become usable again. If the paint has hardened completely, you're probably out of luck, but most tubes that are just dried out on the surface or partially stiff will come back with a little patience.
Have you tried just squeezing the tube to see if there's any give left, or is it completely rock-hard? I had a tube of burnt sienna that dried out sitting in my garage, and honestly the water-and-wait method worked, but I found that acrylic medium actually worked way better than plain water - it brought the paint back without making it too thin and runny. The key is patience though; I was impatient the first time and didn't let it sit long enough, so it stayed gummy instead of smooth.
