The most important thing is to fill it out on the gov.br website ahead of time, because approval takes a few days and you don't want to end up scrambling at the last minute. After that you just show the approval on your phone at immigration, way more practical than having to carry around paperwork.
You need to go to the gov.br/vistodigital website, fill in your information and wait for approval, which usually comes through in just a few days! One thing a lot of people forget: save the approval as a PDF and also take a screenshot, because sometimes the internet connection is slow at immigration and then you've got a backup image on your phone to show. It takes max 5 minutes to do all that and it saves you so much stress when you're standing in line waiting!
