Drive carefully until you get them replaced, but don't drag your feet. Go to a tire shop and they'll swap everything out for new ones - it's done pretty quick. While you're at it, check the other three wheels; maybe they're due for replacement too.
If you can already see the grid under the tread, this isn't "can I get away with it" - it's "you need to do it right now." True, not entirely because of the 1.6 mm limit, even though that's the law - the thing is, on worn tires in the rain and on wet roads your car loses grip way before the season ends. I drive a lot and I've seen people put off replacing their tires, then barely avoid ending up in a ditch. Don't take the risk, change them now.
