Barely at all - once a month max, and many growers stop completely from November to March. Cacti rest in winter; cold + wet soil is the #1 killer.
Depends on your home temp. If it's warm and dry indoors, light watering once a month. If you keep them cool (10-15°C), don't water at all.
The real trick is checking the soil moisture before you even think about watering - stick your finger like two inches down and only water if it's bone dry, which in winter might mean going 6-8 weeks between waterings depending on your setup. I learned this the hard way with my first collection, killed a few by overthinking it, but honestly the safest move is to let them dry out way more than you think they need to.
