How to avoid knee pain when running
I started training a month ago and my knees are already hurting after every session. It's not unbearable pain, but I'm worried it might become chronic. What can I do to prevent it?

I've seen a lot of people jump into running way too fast and end up like this, honestly it's easy to push yourself too hard in just a month. First thing would be to dial back the intensity or how often you run for a few days so your knees can recover, because if you keep going the same way the pain's definitely gonna get worse.
After that, check how you're running - a lot of times the problem is you're landing wrong or putting your weight in the wrong spot - , invest in some decent running shoes (not just any sneakers work), and warm up well before you go out and stretch after. If it doesn't get better in two or three weeks, think about seeing someone, but it's probably just from going too fast at the start.
