A blurry photo that's already been taken is tough to fix completely, but there are some programs that can help you recover some sharpness. First thing is to try unsharp mask or deconvolution tools, which attempt to correct motion blur or out-of-focus issues. Adobe Lightroom has decent filters for this in the detail section, and there are also free online apps that work pretty well if you don't want to spend money. With luck, if the blur isn't too severe, you'll notice a visible improvement.
That said, the result will never be as good as a sharp photo from the start. If it's an important photo, you'd probably be better off retaking it if you get the chance. For future shots, what really makes a difference is using good lighting, stabilizing your phone or camera properly (tripod, leaning it against something), and making sure the focus is in the right spot before you shoot. If the light is low, bump up the ISO sensitivity a bit instead of risking camera shake that causes that typical blurry hand tremor effect.
Don't expect miracles from motion blur or focus correction tools if the photo is really blurry - those tools have real limits. What works better is using software like Topaz Sharpen AI or Lightroom plugins, but honestly they only recover some detail, they don't turn a blurry photo into a sharp one. If you're going to save it for printing or social media, sometimes cropping and reducing the size can hide the problem pretty well.
