How to learn programming from scratch using AI?

I'm thinking about getting into tech, but I have no background at all. I started using ChatGPT to understand Python concepts, but I'm not sure if it's really effective or if I'll end up with gaps in my learning. Has anyone here learned programming with help from AI?
