What really helped me a lot was creating a physical routine: when I finish work, I change rooms or at least change spots, and I put my laptop away in a drawer where I can't see it. I know it sounds obvious, but your brain needs these signals to understand that the workday is actually over. Try setting a fixed time after which you don't open emails anymore, maybe 6 pm, and turn off notifications so you don't see in real time what comes in. If you can do something enjoyable right after work - a walk, taking photos, something you like - you create a real mental barrier between the two areas.
