How to prepare for the Unified State Exam in math in 2 months?

There's very little time left before the exam, and I haven't solved all the practice tests yet. What strategy should I choose: focus only on the short-answer section or still try to figure out the complex geometry problems? Maybe there's some effective way to review?

You can realistically shore up your foundation in two months if you prioritize things right. I'd recommend starting with part two first - the problems there are more standard and logical, and even complicated geometry often gets solved using the same patterns that you can memorize.

Part one takes less time, so you can go over it in parallel, but don't sacrifice a deep dive into geometry to do it. The key thing is don't just solve practice tests blindly - go through your mistakes and figure out your own patterns in what you're struggling with.
