Stop trying to organize everything perfectly and just start reviewing what you actually need to know.

I'd grab the stuff your professor emphasized most (slides, past exams, whatever they hammered on) and organize it by topic or by exam section, then make quick reference sheets with formulas, key concepts, and definitions you keep forgetting. Color coding helps if you're visual, but honestly spending three hours making beautiful notes is worse than spending twenty minutes making messy ones you'll actually use.

Start early enough that you're reviewing the same material multiple times over a few weeks instead of cramming it all at once.
