How to sleep properly so your neck doesn't hurt in the morning?
I've been waking up with neck pain for a month now. I've changed pillows, but nothing's changed. Maybe I need a special pillow, or is it a problem with my sleeping position?

I had a similar problem - I'd wake up with aches in my neck, and the first thing I did was try about five different pillows. Then I realized it wasn't just about the pillow. Turns out I was sleeping on my stomach, which doesn't help your neck at all. When I switched to sleeping on my back or side, it got better. Now I usually sleep on my side - my head rests on the pillow so my neck stays in a neutral position, not bent or stretched.
Try to analyze how exactly you sleep. If you're sleeping on your stomach - that's the first thing you need to change, because your head ends up in an unnatural position. On your back or side, your spine lies flatter. Your pillow should be neither too high nor too low - it should support your head so your neck stays straight. You can even put something under your neck if your pillow width doesn't match your shoulder width.
If a month goes by and the pain doesn't go away, you should probably see a specialist - it could be something more serious, muscle spasm or nerve compression. Sometimes a stretch before bed or some simple neck exercises help. But in any case, start with your sleeping position and pillow shape - that often solves the problem.
