Sharpening portrait photos from your iPhone after the fact is difficult because the depth-of-field information is already discarded. You can mess around in the Photos app or Lightroom, but the result will never be as good as getting the sharpness right directly when you take the shot. Better: next time, make sure your subject is at the right distance and the camera has focused on the face before you press the shutter.
