There's simply no evidence supporting fir water as a treatment for migraines, so if it helps you, it's most likely placebo or just coincidental timing. Migraines are finicky things anyway, and attacks can go away on their own after a while no matter what you do, so it's hard to say whether the drops actually helped or if the pain just subsided on its own.

If you're really worried about how often the attacks happen, you should see a doctor and find a proven method instead - maybe figure out what your triggers are or get a medication that actually works. Fir water certainly isn't harmful, but you shouldn't rely on it for migraines.
