I've seen people skiing without helmets at Baqueira and other Spanish resorts, and I was wondering if it's actually mandatory or just a recommendation. My son wants to start skiing this winter and I'm not sure if I have to buy him one no matter what.
In Spain it's not legally mandatory, but many resorts like Baqueira have their own rules that do require it or strongly recommend it 🎿. Best thing is to check directly with the resort where your son will be skiing, since each one has its own rules.
